About me
Hande Özer Gürbüz has over 10 years of experience in the technology entrepreneurship and innovation ecosystem. Throughout her career, she has worked at important institutions such as ITU ARI Technopark, Düzce Technopark, and StartGate TEKMER; most recently, she served as Director at Ardventure TEKMER Istanbul. During this time, she conducted extensive work on integrating startups into technopark and TEKMER processes, effectively utilizing public grants and incentives, and preparing them for investment processes. She is an expert in incentive mechanisms, particularly those of TÜBİTAK and KOSGEB. Currently, she provides end-to-end consulting services to technology-focused startups and companies in the areas of R&D, incentives, and growth strategies.
